(6- 2-eyed goggles) elastic was from JoAnn's (50% off coupon online) $2 for enough to make 5 adult sized headbands. Felt $.25 google eyes $3 for 28. You will need scissors, hot glue gun, sewing machine, needle and thread, and something to punch holes. (A hammer and small nail would work). Hot glue felt and eyes AFTER sewing the containers onto the elastic.
