Welcome to this months Stampin Friends blog hop, December is upon us and before you know we will be celebrating the New Year. I cracked open the Season of Whimsy Hostess set for these projects, it wouldn't be New Years with out some bubbly, so also created a matching bottle tag to go with my card.
