A separation/divorce causes a ripple effect and you are never fully prepared to anticipate what might come next, all this leads to a lot of stress and mental health detoriation. In this blog, I am going to talk about a few mental health challenges faced by single moms.

I was a single mom. You honestly cannot understand the depth of truth here unless you have been “the ONLY parent”... my child was all that mattered. Work 100 hrs a week to be certain he had what he needed, heck yes and yes, he needed me home, BUT I had to take care of him and myself and he needed food, clothing, medicine, school. Love.
