Made from a blend of Lotus Silk and Raw Silk, these beautiful Shawls are hand-woven in Burma. This shawl is the result of our first project in Burma, working with the skilled artisans of Inle Lake. The darker of the two threads is the Lotus Silk. Each individual thread is extracted from the stem of the Lotus flower and cleaned before it is ready for weaving.
