This is so perfect and refreshing on a hot summers day 🤤  
Ingredients:
2 cups x ice
1 cup x cold water
1 cup x frozen strawberries
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon liquid sweetener of choice (I used honey)

Method:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. You don’t want it to be too icy (I find it doesn’t taste as good if it is like this). So add more water if needed for it to be a more ‘drinkable’ texture! Enjoy!

Ingredients 3 1/2 cups / 780g fresh pineapple Juice of 1/2 lime 2 tbsp pineapple juice A few sprigs of basil Instructions In a blender, combine your fresh pineapple and lime juice. Pour into a large ice tray. Freeze until completely frozen (I did overnight). Add the frozen juice back to the blender and blend for a few minutes. Then scrap the ice off the sides of the blender and add the pineapple juice. Keep blending until a smooth, sorbet texture forms. Be patient, if it is super icy you just need to wait longer and keep blending. Adding more juice will help if needed.
