From my experience:
- 6 Pumping Sessions: Ideal for maintaining supply once it’s well-established.
- 7 Pumping Sessions: For moms who are still working to increase or maintain a higher supply.

Make sure you are completely emptied each pump session to maintain supply! Add a nightly pump session to see a boost in overall milk daily output 🍼🤍✨
