Ingredients :

- ground beef
- 1 teaspoon adobo
- 1 teaspoon sofrito
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano ground
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 sweet mini pepper ( red ) / cut into cubes
- 1 whole small yellow onion / cut into cubes
- 2 garlic cloves / mince
- milk / for the bread
- pan sobao sweet bread / cut into cubes
- bacon 6 to 8 slices
- Goya tomato sauce

Very simple instructions first cut 1/4 of Caribbean sweet bread into cubes and soak in milk than squeezed.
