Say “YUM” if you would eat this High Protein Calzone 🍕😋🙌 What you need: 4 oz ground chicken 6 pepperoni slices 2 slices mozzarella 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 1 egg, beaten Italian seasonings How to make it: 1. Season your chicken and flatten into a circle on greased parchment paper. 2. Add your pepperoni & mozzarella to one half of the circle. 3. Fold the other half over (using the parchment paper) and press down the edges to seal it. 4. Coat with the egg wash, Parmesan & air fry @ 400F for 8-12 minutes. 5. Preheat your oven to 325F. 2. Separate your egg whites and yolks. 3. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form. 4. Melt your chocolate chips, I microwaved in 30 second intervals stirring each time. 5. Fold the yolks in to the chocolate & then add your whites. 6. Mix & add to a parchment lined 9” cake dish that’s been greased. 7. Drizzle your peanut butter on top and swirl in with a butter knife. 8. Bake for 30 minutes. Pro tip: If you do this with eggs straight out of the fridge, the chocolate will harden when mixing with the yolks.
