3 Ingredient High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Reese’s Bites 🍫
1 ½ cup powdered peanut butter* such as PB Fit or PB2 ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce** , or 4 oz applesauce ½ cup chocolate chips melted with 1tsp of coconut oil 1. Mix 1 ¼ cup of the PB Fit powder and all of the applesauce together. 2. Check the consistency while mixing. For a thicker, fudgier peanut butter filling, add the rest of the peanut butter powder (¼ cup). For a creamier texture, use as is. 3. Divide the dough into pieces and roll into balls. TIP: If the filling is too soft, you can always put the filling in the fridge until stiff enough to shape. 4. Once shaped, let the peanut butter balls cool in the fridge or freezer until firm enough to coat in chocolate.

Mango Blended Oats With a White Choc Shell
Blend 1 cup rolled oats, 1 chopped ripe mango, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, then pour over chilled oats and spread evenly. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens (10-15 minutes). Garnish with mango pieces or toasted coconut flakes if desired, then break the chocolate shell and enjoy.
