In Korea🇰🇷, to prevent sagging around the mouth, many turn to Energy based device⚡️or bio stimulator treatments💉. Along with these, doctors 👩🏻‍⚕️recommend face exercises to strengthen muscles around the lips.👄

 Two key muscles to focus on are the levator anguli oris (which lifts the corners of the mouth) and the zygomaticus major and minor (which lift the cheeks).

Try these two exercises:

1. Levator Anguli Oris Exercise: 
  Pull the corners of your mouth sideways and hold for 15 seconds. Do 3 sets of 15 seconds, twice daily (morning and afternoon).

2. Zygomaticus Exercise: 
  Smile as wide as possible, lifting your cheeks. Hold for 15 seconds. Do 3 sets of 15 seconds, twice a day.
