Today it’s how to make witches cauldron no bake brownie bliss ball pops! Such a yummy and festive homemade treat for spooky season. Save for later and follow along for more spooky eats! Witches Cauldron Brownie Bliss Balls: Makes 15 Brownie bliss balls ingredients: 1 cup organic medjool dates 2 Tbsp cashew butter 1/3 cup cacao powder 1 cup raw pecans 1 cup raw soaked cashews 2-3 Tbsp almond flour or coconut flour 2 tsp espresso powder 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder of choice 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup refined coconut oil (melted) Toppings: 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips 1 tsp refined coconut oil Black food coloring of choice Green food coloring of choice Green round sprinkles Instructions: 1. Remove the pits from your medjool dates, add to a bowl, soak in hot water for 30 minutes in a bowl. To another bowl soak your cashews with hot water for 30 minutes. Drain both but reserve some of the date water. 2. Add everything for the brownie bliss balls to a food processor and process or until you get a sticky, easy to roll consistency. If too wet you can add extra cacao powder or protein powder. If too dry add a little reserved date water. And refrigerate the batter for at least 15 minutes 3. Roll into 15 balls 4. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth. Add black food coloring to 1 1/4 cup of chocolate and mix. To the other 1/4 cup of melted white chocolate add green food coloring and mix 5. Dip a festive paper straw in melted chocolate and then into the center of the bliss ball 6. Dip each bliss ball in the melted black chocolate, place on parchment paper and press down into parchment paper to form cauldron. Refrigerate until chocolate is set 7. To a squeeze bottle add green melted chocolate and drizzle onto cauldron, add sprinkles, and carefully place on its side on parchment paper.
