The head piece is made of gold fabric decorated with blue duck tape and a headband underneath to give support when worn on the head. A cobra i had on a necklace is hot glued to the front crown area. The rod is also colored tape and fuzzy sticks. The skirt and is white jersey material closed with fabric tape and a elastic strings to tie in back. The gold belt is tied behind also. The neck piece is cut in a circle then fold in half to cut the neck line. Colored tape and jewels for decoration.
