Coat both sides with flour, shaking off the excess, then set aside. Heat a high wall pan over medium heat. Drizzle with EVOO and add 2 tbsp of butter along with the rosemary. Rebecca’s Food Diary on Instagram: "Melt in your mouth short ribs Ingredients: - 3 pounds of short ribs - 1 medium onion - 3 carrots - 4 stalks celery - 5 cloves of minced garlic - 3 tbsp tomato paste - 1 cup of red wine (only red wine you would drink!!) - 1 cup of beef stock - 3 sprigs of thyme - Salt and pepper to taste Directions: - Season and sear your ribs - Chop your onions, carrots, and celery - Add your veggies and garlic to the pot and let that cook until translucent - Add your tomato paste let that cook a bit - Add your red wine letting that reduce before adding your beef stock - Once your sauce comes to a simmer add your meat back in and add your thyme - Cover and put it in the oven on 300 degrees for 3 hours Enjoy🤎🤎"
