My Nguyen on Instagram: "Save my recipe for Shrimp Fried Rice! I make fried rice at least once a week because we always have leftover rice. In a large pan heat up 2 tbsps of butter on medium heat and then add 1 pound of shrimp and 2 tbsps of minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add 3 cups of rice, 2 eggs and 2 tbsps of sesame oil. Cook for a 1-2 mins to reheat the rice then add 1 cup of frozen assorted veggies and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
