Assisted Squat Using A Wall
Test out a few reps and see how it feels. You decide how far to place feet away from wall to feel comfortable. There should be no leaning into your toes and no pressure on knees. All weight is shifted into the wall and heels of your feet as the bum and thighs activate. I’m using 5lbs weights.
