Angelika Erskine on Instagram: "shaved brussel sprout salad 15 or so medium sized brussel sprouts, raw, shaved with mandolin slicer 2 large crisp apple, thinly julienned with mandolin slicer candied pecans, chopped (make yourself or buy from store) bacon, cut into small cubes and cooked until crispy blue cheese crumbles lemon pecan vinaigrette 1/2 cup pecan halves 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp chopped shallot 3/4 up olive oil 1/2 cup water (to thin) or you can use chicken stock for extra flavor!! salt + pepper blend everything together until smooth. Usually I add around 1/2 tsp of salt and then taste and see if it needs more. If it’s not a WOW, it needs a bit more salt combine all items in bowl after prep and toss with vinaigrette. enjoy!"

The cream mixed with the crunch of the amaretti….and add some edible glitter to add festive fun! The 3 main ingredients are double cream (or heavy whipping cream), amaretti biscuits (the crunchy ones) and condensed milk…however you can tart this up lots of different ways too! Change the biscuits, add cocoa powder to the cream mix, nuts, dried cranberries etc I added a splash of amaretto (I used @amarettoadriatico ) and I also drizzled mine with dark melted chocolate at the end to give a wow factor! Faith Fresh on Instagram: "new obsession unlocked fr 🙏 recipe is below!! crispy rice “salad” - ••• cook 1 cup of rice then let cool ••• add in olive oil, 1 TBSP soy sauce, & 1 TBSP chili oil crunch (i like the one from @traderjoes) ••• spread rice on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 40-45 minutes or until crispy ••• while that’s cooking, cut up cucumbers, green onion, cilantro, avocado, & cashews ••• make the dressing by blending: 1/4 cup olive oil, the juice of 2 lemons, 1/4 cup tahini, 3 TBSP maple syrup, 1 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp salt, & 1/4 tsp black pepper. blend then add in 2-4 TBSP water and blend again until smooth ••• combine everything w a bowl w the crispy rice, mix & enjoy 💓 ib: @kalejunkie 🤍 #instafood #easyrecipes #healthyrecipes"
