Born and brought up in Riga, Latvia, Vika has dreamed of becoming a fashion designer . Victoria has been drawing since the age of six. She graduated from Art school. Vika then went to college where she qualified to become a fashion designer..Ready-to-wear designer Vika Harra studied fashion design there and She was qualified and working as an assistanta at "Katya Shehurina", “Hypnosis Fashion”. Working at the" Katya Shehurina" , she developed a deep knowledge of fashion industry.
