Central Virginia · Behind-the-scenes IT + software

Your business systems,
working together.

We help small teams improve the technology they rely on. This includes websites, customer systems, automation, and custom software.

Not sure where the problem fits? Describe what is slow, frustrating, or unfinished.

Technical help without a full-time hire

For businesses that rely on technology but do not have a technical team.

Small businesses often need website, systems, and software work without needing a full-time technical employee. We can take responsibility for defined projects and ongoing systems work.

01

Important systems are managed alongside someone's actual job.

02

Your tools work separately, but the handoffs between them do not.

03

Your website or internal process has stopped keeping up with the business.

04

You need software judgment, but not another permanent role.

How we work

Plain language.
Visible progress.

Technical work should make the business easier to run. It should not add more mystery or dependence.

  1. 01

    Start with the work

We start with a short conversation about the current process, the problem, and the result you need.

  2. 02

    Choose the right-sized next step

You get a clear recommendation with scope, priorities, tradeoffs, and cost before implementation begins.

  3. 03

    Build in the open

Work is broken into visible milestones, with direct communication and room to adjust as the real problem becomes clearer.

  4. 04

    Leave it manageable

We build technology your business can understand, own, and keep using. Ongoing help is available when it makes sense.

Experience across software and systems

Experience across the whole system.

We bring more than a decade of hands-on experience across software development, internal tools, systems administration, and network administration.

Many business problems cross product and vendor boundaries. We can work on the website, the workflow behind it, the systems between them, and custom software when needed.

Ways to work together

Start with a useful project.
Build from there.

We can solve a defined problem, maintain and improve your business systems, or contribute focused engineering to a larger team.

Questions

Before we talk.

What kind of business is a good fit?

We focus on small teams that need practical help across websites, business software, and custom tools. Focused contract engineering work for larger companies is also welcome.

Do I need to know exactly what solution I need?

No. A useful first conversation starts with the business problem: what is slow, fragile, repetitive, unclear, or keeping an idea from moving forward.

Do you provide a help desk or device repair?

No. We focus on the systems behind the work: websites, business platforms, integrations, automation, infrastructure, and custom software.

Is the work project-based or ongoing?

Either. A defined project is often the best way to begin. If regular improvements and behind-the-scenes support make sense after that, the relationship can continue.

How is the work priced?

Pricing depends on the shape of the work. After an initial conversation, we will recommend a clear project, milestone, or ongoing arrangement before paid work begins.

Can you help onsite?

We serve businesses around Central Virginia and can handle much of the work remotely. Ask about onsite availability when you get in touch.

Have a messy list?

That is a perfectly good place to start.

Email us with a short description of your business and the problem. We will reply within one business day to confirm whether we can help.
