That is actually quite clever using the exhaust pipes as exhaust pipes but inverting the point of connection.
Also, big red truck following a little red truck; will we be getting medium red truck tomorrow?
^no it’ll be a gladiator set you know it
I just suddenly got the amusing vision of this truck being towed behind yesterday's tow truck...exactly as they are shown.

Well sometimes Huwbot is listening, so maybe he will end our dryspell.
Hey man, don't go editing your comments like that. Galidor? I mean sure, it would be fun, but we never turn our backs on Clikits. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Unique: None
Rare: None
huh

Noted. I am ashamed. All hail cklikits. I repent and shall never commit such an atrocity again.

Now your comment says "gladiator." You're just making it worse...
But can it phase through buildings, cause the competition to go dumb, and accelerate infinitely in reverse?
So two red trucks...
Does that mean tomorrow, we’ll have our second Cars set (8486)?

Huwbot, I know you don't do requests, but set 5571 tomorrow would be epic.
Huwbot appears to have become a 5 year old child and is now obsessed with trucks
Over the road racing.
@david_m77:
Sounds like the opposite of Desert Bus.
It can turn into a Mario cart!

Looking at it on my bookshelf right now... surprised some of the chrome parts on rare at least.

But does it outrun Blue Shells going 427834023874092634672934kph in reverse?

Dang, you beat me to it
It's trying to be the new Giant Truck (5571), but it fails inevitably - indeed, it's a lot worse in almost every regard. Some years ago I even thought this looked pretty cool, but it's because of the photo angle. It's too simplistic and modernized, which wasn't an improving factor in this case.
I hope to see a red truck Clikits set tomorrow.
god damn, that price to piece is amazing
I have this set which has lots of useful curved and angled red pieces in reasonable quantities, although only ever made the big 'red' rig as it is usually known. This was a great year for interesting large creator sets 4957, 4954, 4956, 4958 and 4953, which all provided lots of useful pieces at a reasonable price for own builds.
All 3 models are interesting.
I bought two exemplars of this set, one in 2007 and a second in 2009 when the 6752 and 6753 were released as they are all 3 in 12 bricks wide.
The convertible fits also with the 4896 and 4993 (16 wide) as with the 5767 (14 wide) released in 2011.
Looks great, and a really good price!

No, but it can avoid banana peels easily.
This rig is big!

Not chrome, but "Metallic Silver" which is a bit more common in our color dispersion. Unless of course you have an unknown chrome edition, which would be a lot more interesting.
Ah. Two weeks of having to wait until 10pm for new postings before things get back to normal?
