Stuffed Shahi tukda with thandai rabadi
30min · 6 servings Makes 6 Ingredients: • Mawa 1/2 cup • Chopped nuts 2 tbsp • Powder sugar 2 tbsp • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp Milk 500 ml • Thandai syrup/powder 2 tbsp • Saffron powder a pinch or 5-6 threads • Sugar 3-4 tbsp(depending upon if your thandai has sugar or not) • Bread 12 slices • Ghee 3 tbsp • Chopped nuts for garnish. I aur fried this on 180°C for 12-13 mins, but you can shallow or deep fry this too. I have not soaked this in sugar syrup because the stuffing had sugar and the rabadi was sufficient sweet too, but if you want you can brush lightly with sugar syrup before pouring rabadi.
