Creamy Double Paneer Malai Kofta (makes 4 servings - 181 Kcal, 12g P, 12g F, 8g C per Serving - about 8 koftas) Ingredients For koftas - 150 g paneer grated 1 tbsp arrowroot/corn flour 1-2 chopped chilli 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves Salt and pepper to taste Ghee/oil spray for brushing paniyaram pan For gravy 2 sliced onions Few sprays oil Salt to taste 50 g paneer 1/2 cup skim milk 1 tsp ghee 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp chopped green chilli (add it per your taste - my chillies weren’t spicy at all so I added some more) Salt, pepper, chilli flakes to taste Chopped coriander leaves to garnish Method 1. Make the koftas as shown - trick to getting soft koftas is to knead the paneer really well. 2. Cook in a greased paniyaram pan until golden brown on both sides. 3. Caramelise onions with some oil and salt. Once done, puree with remaining paneer and milk. 4. Cook garlic and green chilli in ghee until slightly golden, add in the onion paste, some water and season as necessary. 5.
