Laundry Land

A laundry room big enough for a linen closet to stack sheets and towels, and ironing board. A countertop surface or space for a vintage table, large enough for folding clothes. I also need a large double utility sink and a ceiling mounted clothes drying rack (with pulley system for lowering and raising) above it, so drippy clothes drip into the sink(s). Must have a place to store the laundry basket/dirty clothes hamper/hanging clothes rack. I don't want much. I want it all! :D
