DIY Pipe Cleaner Crown 💫 Easy 4th of July craft!🇺🇸 All you need are pipe cleaners and a headband ⤵️ ⭐️Make a handful of pipe cleaner stars; you can wrap them around a star cookie cutter, print a template, or just free hand them. Leave a little extra on the end to wrap around your headband. I used 6 stars (4 large, 2 small). You could add a drop of hot glue to make it extra secure, but I didn’t find it necessary.
