36K views · 15K reactions | Veggies can most definitely be comfort food. 🤌💚 Sheetpan Fall Veggies + Tahini/Balsamic Sauce Recipe: 👇🏻 Ingredients: For the Veggies Brussel Sprouts, chopped in quarters Butternut Squash, diced Gold Potatoes, (or Sweet Potatoes), diced Red Bell Pepper, roughly chopped Granny Smith Apple, diced Carrots, diced 2-3 Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped Red Onion, diced Avocado Oil Pure Maple Syrup Salt Black Pepper Paprika Oregano Ceylon Cinnamon Nutmeg Cumin Rosemary Sprigs Parmesan Cheese 1. Wash, pat dry and cut up all the veggies. 2. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. 3. Season generously with the spices listed above. Drizzle generously with avocado oil and drizzle lightly with pure maple syrup. Mix to evenly distribute. 4. Bake in the oven on 400 degrees for about 40-50 mins or until veggies are fork tender. 5. While veggies are roasting make the tahini sauce (recipe is below). 6. Remove veggies from the oven. Top with shredded parmesan cheese. 7. Enjoy with a generous drizzle of the tahini sauce on top. Take it up a notch by serving with rice and a protein of your choice on top, like ground beef, ground turkey, or shredded chicken - for a super comforting well balanced comfort meal. For the Tahini Sauce: 1/4 C. Tahini 1/4 C. Water 2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed Juice of 1 Lemon Splash (or two) of Balsamic Vinegar Salt Black Pepper 1. In a bowl add all the ingredients.
