Simple ingredients that come together in the most delicious way You will need: •1-lb Italian mild sausage cut into 1/2" pieces •2-cups of broccoli •1-lb gnocchi store bought is fine •extra virgin olive oil •2-cups of chicken stock •1-can of prepared cannellini beans rinsed •1/2-cup grated romano cheese •4-garlic cloves sliced •1-tsp salt •1/2-tsp crushed red pepper flakes. 1-Bring a large pot of water to boil cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes. Remove to a plate and keep the water boiling. 2-In a large skillet add 2-tbs oil and cook the sausage. 3-Add the garlic, salt and pepper flakes sauté for 2 minutes 4-Add the stock, beans cook for 5 minutes. 5-Add the broccoli sauté for 2-minutes. While that is happening add the gnocchi to the boiling water, they are done when they float to the top of the water, 2 minutes. 6-Scoop the cooked gnocchi out of the water and add to the skillet sauté this for 1 minute 7-Remove from the heat and toss in the grated cheese. Oh yeah how easy is this? So just pinch that together so it's all nice and sealed. Okay and I'm going to do that with all of the rest of them. That's it. How easy is this? Seal them up.
