Good - Caprese Pasta Salad Ingredients 1/2 lb dried pasta (farfalle or other small pasta) 8 oz mozzarella pearls (or cubed fresh mozzarella) 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced in half 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced Salt and pepper, to taste 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Directions Start by boiling the pasta according to the package instructions until it's perfectly al dente. Once cooked, drain it and rinse under cold water to bring the temperature down—this will help keep everything fresh and bright. Set the pasta aside for now. Next, whisk up your vinaigrette. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper.
