Easy Chicken Lo Mein 🍜
Ingredients: • 12 oz (340g) lo mein noodles • 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 onion, thinly sliced • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced • 2 carrots, julienned • 3 cups bok choy, chopped • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced • 1/4 cup soy sauce • 2 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce • 1 tbsp sesame oil • 1/4 cup chicken broth • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional) • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish) • Sesame seeds (for garnish) Instructions: • Cook lo mein noodles per package instructions.
