Made in the air fryer and cooked to perfection in under 30 minutes! Recipe below. Save. Ingredients 1kg Chicken Thighs, skin on - bone in 2 tbsp Sundried tomato pesto (I use @aldiuk brand) 1 tbsp All purpose seasoning 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic, minced 1/2 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated Garnish - Fresh parsley Method Step 1 - In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs. Add all of the mentioned ingredients and mix to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Step 2 - Set your air fryer to 195c. Place the chicken thighs on the tray, skin side up. A classic pot roast is a staple in our home through out the winter months! ❄️ I thought that maybe I just wasn’t cut out for pot roast because I could never get it tender enough to pull apart with a fork… until I realized I was not following this one rule that applies to crock pot and stove top pot roasts… Do not cover your roast all the way with broth! When filling your pot or crock pot with broth or liquid, make sure that you only cover 1/2 of the roast. Leave 1-2 inches of the roast uncovered by liquid while you cook it low and slow.
