In a blender jar add 1+1/2 cup suji and finely grind it. 2. Add finely ground suji, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl and give it a good mix. 3. Now add in water, milk, oil and mix using a wooden spoon to form a batter. 4. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.This will ensure that semolina has absorbed all the water.
