Ingredients: •1/4 cup mirin. •1/4 cup sake. •1/3 cup miso paste. •1/3 cup cane sugar. •2 lb salmon (deboned, cut into filets). Directions: 1. Boil the mirin and sake for 3 min. 2. Add in sugar and miso. Cook a couple min without boiling. Let it cool. 3. Pour it all over your fish, cover it VERY tightly and marinate for 24 hrs in fridge. 4. The BEST Asian Salmon🐟 Ingredients: - 400g salmon (bream, sea bass, or chicken) - 2 tbsp of soy sauce - 3 tbsp of sake - 1 tsp grated ginger - 1 tbsp of sesame oil - 1/2 cup of starch - zest from 1/2 lime - zest from 1/2 orange - Crushed black pepper and salt (be careful with salt) + oil for frying Process: 1. Mix the diced salmon with the rest of the ingredients, minus the starch. 2. Put the salmon in the fridge for an hour. 3. Dip the fish in starch and fry until a brown crust forms in the very hot oil.
