Hey, hey, hey! . K, so one of my goals for this year is to add a little more strength training into my routine.💪🏋️♀️ . I go to several classes at my gym each week that I loooove, but on the weekends I like to come up with my own thang. ❤️ I usually do lower body on Friday and upper body and a short run on Saturday. 🏃♀️ .
