If using only vegetables, I would saute . 7. Cheese I used Swiss . Use your favorite. 8-10 slices. Cut into pieces. 8. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Butter glaze 4 tablespoons melted butter 2 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon rosemary and Thyme mix 1. Cut croissants into large pieces . 2. In a bowl, add eggs, cream salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme, rosemary mix. Mix well. 3. Dunk each into egg mixture shake off access and put into a baking dish 9 x 13. 4. Poor remaining egg mixture over croissants. 5. Tuck Swiss cheese into croissants. 6. Sprinkle mozzarella into the corners and a little bit on top. Do not cover the whole top. 7. If using ham or turkey, or any meat, you fold into florettes and tuck into croissants. 8. Cover with foil and bake for five minutes at 350° after 20 minutes remove the foil and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. 9.
