Layered winter bedding I often get asked how I layer my bedding.. Here are my go to steps to getting that perfectly layered bed: 1. First, I add a lightweight quilt. My husband sleeps hot so this is the perfect layer for him • 2. Next, I add our duvet. I get cold at night so I love having this heavy layer. • 3. I love patterns so at the foot of the bed I add a patterned quilt. • 4. Next add a textured coverlet to break up some of the pattern • 5. Last add pillows. Use varying sizes patterns and textures to complete the look. •
