• 1 tbsp I used beef tallow, fat
Produce
• 1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh
• 3 X garlic cloves
• 2 X large carrots
• 2 X large onions
Canned Goods
• 2 cups Bone broth
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Baking & Spices
• 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Other
• 1.5 kilos happy, pasture-raised ‘osso buco’ (I had 5 large pieces)
• 1 x large bunch silver beet/swiss chard – washed, dried and cut into ribbons
• 4 X rashers (strips) of bacon
