Ingredients
4 lobster tails
½ cup unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare Lobster: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster tails and gently lift the meat.
Poach Lobster: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Submerge the lobster tails in the butter mixture and poach for 5-7 minutes, until the meat is opaque and tender.
Finish & Serve: Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
