Ruffles Cake
Fondant rosette ruffles 🩷 a little story about this tier - I decorated the whole tier, was really happy with how it looked, but it was a hot and humid day so I decided to store it in my insulated box overnight. This box has a removable ice pack which wasn’t frozen at that point but it was still cold so I thought that should be perfect as I didn’t want it to be fridge cold, just cooler than my kitchen….anyway that was a silly idea, when I came downstairs the following morning to check on it…
