• 200g grated courgette (squeezed to take out liquids)
• 200g oats
• 300g cottage cheese
• 2 tbsp flaxseeds
• 70g mixed seeds
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tbsp baking powder
• 1/2-1 tsp salt (to taste) 👩🍳METHOD
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in one bowl until well combined, use your hands if needed 3️⃣Form the dough into an oval loaf shape with wet hands on some baking parchment, pressing it firmly together. keep the loaf the same height throughout and not too thick otherwise this will affect cooking times.
