Figs and Blue Cheese
Figs and Blue Cheese NGREDIENTS: • 4 large figs. • 40g blue cheese, cut into cubes. • Chopped walnuts. • Honey for drizzling. . METHOD: 1. Preheat your oven to 200 C. 2. Wash the figs and pat them dry. Cut the top of the figs, then using a knife scoop and mash the flesh. 3. Arrange the figs in a baking dish and stuff each of them with a cube of blue cheese. Cover with the fig “lid”. 4. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they look soft and release juice. Serve them warm. Enjoy!
