#12 Cottage

On the exterior of this style, is a small house with stone and wood as its layout. This style isn't the biggest but it sure is the cutest; with only getting big as 1 story or small as 1/2 story. In the Interior this little home doesn't have as much room, so furniture can be compact and small. The walls have a nice light earth tone so it still can very nice a cozy on the inside. Most cottage have a small fireplace that is also made of river stone and wood that wrap all throughout the floor plan.
