Perfect for meal prep, on the grill, or something to switch up the chicken you always eat. RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ What you need👇 1lb chicken thighs or breast Marinate chicken in 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon ginger 1 tablespoon garlic 1/2 tablespoon chili crunch oil 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 bottle of your favorite teriyaki sauce or you can make it homemade. I’m obsessed with the market district Soyaki sauce so that’s what I used. Green onions for garnish 8-10 skewers How to make👇 Cut chicken into bite size pieces Add chicken to a bowl and mix with marinade ingredients. Marinate for 20-40 minutes (or overnight if you wish) Place chicken pieces carefully onto skewers. Air fry chicken at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. once chicken has cooked, top it with your favorite teriyaki sauce, green onions, and serve over some rice. Feedy - Teriyaki Chicken with Steamed Rice, Broccoli, and Cucumber 🥢🍗🍚 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Servings: 2 Calories per Serving: 450 Ingredients: For the Chicken: 🍗 Chicken thighs – 2 (boneless, skinless) 🥢 Teriyaki sauce – 1/4 cup (store-bought or homemade) 🛢️ Olive oil – 1 tbsp For the Rice: 🍚 White rice – 1 cup (uncooked) 🧂 Salt – to taste For the Veggies: 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup (steamed) 🥒 Cucumber – 1 small (sliced) For Garnish: 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1/4 tsp (optional) 🌿 Green onions – 1 tbsp (chopped) Directions: Cook the Rice: Rinse the rice under cold water. 1kg Chicken Thighs, skin on - bone in
2 tbsp Sundried tomato pesto 
1 tbsp All purpose seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Parmesan, grated

Garnish -
Fresh parsley

Method
Step 1 - In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs. Add all of the mentioned ingredients and mix to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

Step 2 - Set your air fryer to 195c. Place the chicken thighs on the tray, skin side up. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning half way through. Once the cooking cycle is done, check the chicken is cooked through.
