Our final chapter in the PEI adventure focused on transforming the island’s incredible ingredients into mouthwatering meals. During our stay, we enjoyed two nights at the clean, spacious, and welcoming Hotel in Charlottetown. However, to fully embrace the island’s culinary spirit, we rented a cozy chalet on PEI’s east side, complete with a scenic bay view, a grill, and a seafood pot.
