They don’t tag as such, but I’d call this horror punk. As such it is a perfect specimen, fusing the best of punk, rock, and rockabilly, the latter being a genre that is lots of fun, but wears quickly. This feels fresh throughout. This album absolutely rocks. It feels genuinely inspired, coming across as akin to later Misfits, but with killer female vocals. The songwriting is infectious and the production is perfect.
