ATLAS flavour-tagging algorithms for the LHC Run 2 $pp$ collision dataset / ATLAS Collaboration
The flavour-tagging algorithms developed by the ATLAS Collaboration and used to analyse its dataset of $\sqrt s = 13$ TeV $pp$ collisions from Run 2 of the Large Hadron Collider are presented. These new tagging algorithms are based on recurrent and deep neural networks, and their performance is evaluated in simulated collision events. [...]

Search for dark matter produced in association with a single top quark and an energetic $W$ boson in $\sqrt{s}=$ 13 TeV $pp$ collisions with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper presents a search for dark matter, $\chi$, using events with a single top quark and an energetic $W$ boson. The analysis is based on proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS experiment at $\sqrt{s}=$ 13 TeV during LHC Run 2 (2015-2018), corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb$^{-1}$. Measurement of substructure-dependent jet suppression in <math><mrow><mi>Pb</mi><mo>+</mo><mi>Pb</mi></mrow></math> collisions at 5.02 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider has been used to measure jet substructure modification and suppression in Pb+Pb collisions at a nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s_{_\mathrm{NN}}}=5.02~\mathrm{TeV}$ in comparison with $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=5.02~\mathrm{TeV}$. The Pb+Pb data, collected in 2018, have an integrated luminosity of $1.72~\mathrm{nb^{-1}}$, while the $pp$ data, collected in 2017, have an integrated luminosity of $260~\mathrm{pb}^{-1}$. [...]

Observation of gauge boson joint-polarisation states in $W^\pm Z$ production from $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
Measurements of joint-polarisation states of $W$ and $Z$ gauge bosons in $W^{\pm}Z$ production are presented. The data set used corresponds to an integrated luminosity of $139$ fb$^{-1}$ of proton–proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of $13$ TeV recorded by the ATLAS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. Search for new phenomena in multi-body invariant masses in events with at least one isolated lepton and two jets using $ \sqrt{s} $ = 13 TeV proton–proton collision data collected by the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for resonances in events with at least one isolated lepton ($e$ or $\mu$) and two jets is performed using $139~{\text{fb}}^{-1}$ of $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV proton-proton collision data recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Deviations from a smoothly falling background hypothesis are tested in three- and four-body invariant mass distributions constructed from leptons and jets, including jets identified as originating from bottom quarks. Search for supersymmetry in final states with missing transverse momentum and three or more b-jets in 139 fb$^{-1}$ of proton–proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for supersymmetry involving the pair production of gluinos decaying via off-shell third-generation squarks into the lightest neutralino ($\tilde\chi^0_1$) is reported. It exploits LHC proton-proton collision data at a centre-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with an integrated luminosity of 139 fb$^{-1}$ collected with the ATLAS detector from 2015 to 2018. [...]

Search for doubly charged Higgs boson production in multi-lepton final states using 139 fb$^{-1}$ of proton–proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for pair production of doubly charged Higgs bosons ($H^{\pm \pm}$), each decaying into a pair of prompt, isolated, highly energetic leptons with the same electric charge, is presented. The search uses a proton-proton collision data sample at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb$^{-1}$ recorded by the ATLAS detector during Run 2 of the Large Hadron Collider. Search for dark matter produced in association with a dark Higgs boson decaying into W$^{+}$W$^{−}$ in the one-lepton final state at $ \sqrt{s} $ = 13 TeV using 139 fb$^{−1}$ of pp collisions recorded with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
Several extensions of the Standard Model predict the production of dark matter particles at the LHC. A search for dark matter particles produced in association with a dark Higgs boson decaying into $W^{+}W^{-}$ in the $\ell^\pm\nu q \bar q'$ final states with $ell=e,\mu$ is presented. [...]

Constraints on spin-0 dark matter mediators and invisible Higgs decays using ATLAS 13 TeV $pp$ collision data with two top quarks and missing transverse momentum in the final state / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper presents a statistical combination of searches targeting final states with two top quarks and invisible particles, characterised by the presence of zero, one or two leptons, at least one jet originating from a $b$-quark and missing transverse momentum. The analyses are searches for phenomena beyond the Standard Model consistent with the direct production of dark matter in $pp$ collisions at the LHC, using 139 fb$^{-\text{1}}$ of data collected with the ATLAS detector at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV.
