Measurements of $W^+W^-$ production cross-sections in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
Measurements of $W^+W^-\rightarrow e^\pm \nu \mu^\mp \nu$ production cross-sections are presented, providing a test of the predictions of perturbative quantum chromodynamics and the electroweak theory. The measurements are based on data from $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV recorded by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider in 2015-2018, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 140 fb$^{-1}$. Search for supersymmetry in final states with missing transverse momentum and charm-tagged jets using 139 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=$ 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The paper presents a search for supersymmetric particles produced in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=$ 13 TeV and decaying into final states with missing transverse momentum and jets originating from charm quarks. The data were taken with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN from 2015 to 2018 and correspond to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb$^{-1}$. [...]

Search for a new scalar decaying into new spin-1 bosons in four-lepton final states with the ATLAS detector / Aad, Georges (Marseille, CPPM) ; Abbott, Braden Keim (Oklahoma U.) ; Abeling, Kira (Gottingen U., II. Phys. Inst.) ; Abicht, Nils Julius (Dortmund U.) ; Abidi, Haider (Brookhaven) ; Aboulhorma, Asmaa (Mohammed V U., Agdal) ; Abramowicz, Halina (Tel Aviv U.) ; Abreu, Henso (Technion) ; Abulaiti, Yiming (New York U.) ; Abusleme, Angel (Chile U., Catolica) et al.
A search is conducted for a new scalar boson $S$, with a mass distinct from that of the Higgs boson, decaying into four leptons ($\ell =$ $e$, $\mu$) via an intermediate state containing two on-shell, promptly decaying new spin-1 bosons $Z_\text{d}$: $S \rightarrow Z_\text{d}Z_\text{d} \rightarrow 4\ell$, where the $Z_\text{d}$ boson has a mass between 15 and 300 GeV, and the $S$ boson has a mass between either 30 and 115 GeV or 130 and 800 GeV. The search uses proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider with an integrated luminosity of 139 fb$^{-1}$ at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV. Search for $t\bar{t}H/A \rightarrow t\bar{t}t\bar{t}$ production in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search is presented for a heavy scalar ($H$) or pseudo-scalar ($A$) predicted by the two-Higgs-doublet models, where the $H/A$ is produced in association with a top-quark pair ($t\bar{t}H/A$), and with the $H/A$ decaying into a $t\bar{t}$ pair. Events are selected requiring exactly one or two opposite-charge electrons or muons. [...]

Search for heavy right-handed Majorana neutrinos in the decay of top quarks produced in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for heavy right-handed Majorana neutrinos is performed with the ATLAS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider, using the 140 $fb^{-1}$ of proton-proton collision data at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV collected during Run 2. This search targets $t\bar{t}$ production, in which both top quarks decay into a bottom quark and a $W$ boson, where one of the $W$ bosons decays hadronically and the other decays into an electron or muon and a heavy neutral lepton. [...]

Accuracy versus precision in boosted top tagging with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The identification of top quark decays where the top quark has a large momentum transverse to the beam axis, known as \textit{top tagging}, is a crucial component in many measurements of Standard Model processes and searches for beyond the Standard Model physics at the Large Hadron Collider. Machine learning techniques have improved the performance of top tagging algorithms, but the size of the systematic uncertainties for all proposed algorithms has not been systematically studied. [...]

Measurement of the Lund jet plane in hadronic decays of top quarks and $W$ bosons with the ATLAS detector / Aad, Georges (Marseille, CPPM) ; Aakvaag, Erlend (Bergen U.) ; Abbott, Braden Keim (Oklahoma U.) ; Abdelhameed, Sara (New York U., Abu Dhabi) ; Abeling, Kira (Gottingen U., II. The Lund jet plane (LJP) is measured for the first time in tt̄ events, using 140 fb$^{-1}$ of $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV pp collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The LJP is a two-dimensional observable of the sub-structure of hadronic jets that acts as a proxy for the kinematics of parton showers and hadron formation. [...]

Search for dark matter produced in association with a dark Higgs boson in the $b\bar{b}$ final state using $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search is performed for dark matter particles produced in association with a resonantly produced pair of $b$-quarks with $30< m_{bb}<150$ GeV using 140 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. This signature is expected in extensions of the Standard Model predicting the production of dark matter particles, in particular those containing a dark Higgs boson $s$ that decays into $b\bar{b}$. Search for diphoton resonances in the 66 to 110 GeV mass range using pp collisions at $ \sqrt{s} $ = 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search is performed for light, spin-0 bosons decaying into two photons in the 66 to 110 GeV mass range, using 140 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV produced by the Large Hadron Collider and collected by the ATLAS detector. Multivariate analysis techniques are used to define event categories that improve the sensitivity to new resonances beyond the Standard Model. [...]

Disentangling sources of momentum fluctuations in Xe+Xe and Pb+Pb collisions with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
High-energy nuclear collisions create a quark-gluon plasma, whose initial condition and subsequent expansion vary from event to event, impacting the distribution of the event-wise average transverse momentum ($P([p_{\mathrm{T}}])$). Distinguishing between contributions from fluctuations in the size of the nuclear overlap area (geometrical component) and other sources at fixed size (intrinsic component) presents a challenge.
