How usage is measured

Cloud hours mean successful, unique source-media duration—not watch time or processing time. Local search is always unlimited. Local MCP calls count as delegated requests even when they only search a local index. Reaching a local-library limit blocks only new indexing; everything already indexed remains searchable forever. Pro overages continue at lower priority except P2 visual indexing, which requires a paid add-on beyond 2 hours.
