Over 60 - not sure what I'm even doing

I absolutely love this idea n craft. Can't wait to try it. I have lots of empty vodka, wine n nonalcoholic bottles, have 100 or more rubber bands, have paint, all kinds, have the time and best yet, looks easy as can be.
