Green Tea Jello Shots

1 box lime Jello 1 box lemon jello 1 cup peach scnapps instead of 1 cup cold water 1 cup Jameson instesd of 1 cup cold water. Mix both boxes jello in a pot with 2 cups boiling water. Once dissolved add 1 cup scnapps and 1 cup Jamo. Lliquor replaces the 2 cups cold water. Pour into 2oz plastic cups and chill for at least 4 hours until set or over night. Serve with whipped cream and enjoy. These are very strong - drink responsibly! Want them less strong cut each liquor down to 1/2 cup and and add 1 cup cold water.

Spiced Cranberry Paloma .5 oz fresh lime juice .75 oz spiced cranberry syrup (recipe below) 1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice 2 oz tequila 2-3 oz sparkling grapefruit soda Sea salt rim Spiced Cranberry Syrup 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 1 cup cranberries 3 whole cloves 2 star anise 2 cinnamon stick 1 inch fresh sliced ginger Combine all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer on low heat until cranberries burst. Let cool and strain through a fine mesh strainer, use a spoon to push all the juices through.
