Learning to Live In Peace With My Postpartum Body
It was like starting from square one when it came to learning to love my postpartum body, which for someone like me can end up feeling like just another thing you are failing at when you just don't LOVE your postpartum body no matter how had you try. I decided instead of declaring myself beautiful, sexy, and full of self love- I will just live in peace with this body for the time being. Give yourself a break momma.
