Chandra Pittman | Home Decor on Instagram: "Potted plant hack🌿🪴🌱🪴 I'm planting annuals, Mandevilla to be exact, so I'm not concerned with the boxes decomposing before the end of the season. They won't survive my zone 8a winter anyway. According to Google, you can also use upside down nursey planters, plastic bottles, pool noodles, Mulch, or packing materials. Did I miss one? Last year, I used a bag and some change of soil to fill the same planters on my front porch. This year, I used about half a bag. I would say that's that's a win! Have you tried this hack? Was it successful? Yay or Nay? Comment SHOP for a link to my backyard favorites, including these planters. I love them, but I did have to drill drainage holes🤍🪴"
