From the Bathtub to the Open Sea I by Fabio Orioli
The print is part of a mini-collection realised during Fabio's residency in our Hackney studios. Titled From the Bathtub to the Open Sea' representing different scenes of lovers having a bath together as a metaphor of growing confidence and coming out from their comfort zone as a couple such as individuals, from an intimate environment to a much scarier but wider range of possibilities. This theme is related to Fabio's personal life and a series of work that he has been developing with different medias and techniques. Hand-pulled 6 layer screenprint.
